This is known. But almost no companies implement this.

People work HARDER if their workdays are SHORTER.

Making people work 8, 10, 12 hour days......just means they'll conserve their energy and work slower....and slower. Plus they'll be less rested....less happy....less loyal.

Shorter days with same pay. Output should increase.
